Marilyn Douma Smith, 62

Marilyn Douma Smith of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at her residence.

She was born August 24, 1954 in Paterson, New Jersey to the late Charles and Marion (Sluisman) Douma. She has been a resident of the area since 1993 coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She was a Receptionist for Palm Garden. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven. Marilyn loved being with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Ashley Smith (Brooke) of Eagle Lake, FL, son Eric Smith and Fiancée Samantha of Frostproof, FL, sisters Cindy Clay of Winter Haven, FL, Lori Irwin of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, brothers Bob Douma of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Jimmy Douma of GA, Barry Douma of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Kenny Douma of Lake Wales, FL, Tim Douma of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and 4 grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Silver Hill Cemetery.
