Maria Louisa Valdez-Bustos of Frostproof passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at her residence.
She was born October 10, 1949 in Arkansas to the late Aureilio Valdez and Manuela Diaz; and she came here from San Angelo, TX 35 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She worked with her husband in her younger years, always had a happy smile and often said, “It’s gonna be ok”. She enjoyed family times and taking care of her family.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Pedro F. Bustos; daughter, Biatris Bustos of Frostproof; sons, Jorge L. Flores of Bartow, Adan Bustos of Lake Wales, Pedro Bustos, Jr. of Frostproof and Jose Bustos of Frostproof; several sisters and brothers; and eleven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday, December 13, 2013 and the funeral service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Father Glenn Charest officiating.
