Maria J. Ortiz Rosado

Maria J. Ortiz Rosado of Fedhaven passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born July 19, 1926 in Caguas, Puerto Rico to the late Antonio & Catalina Ortiz Ortiz; she came here from Windsor, CT in 2004. She was a member of the Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI in Lake Wales.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Rafael Rosado Mateo; daughter, Edna M. Ortiz of Windsor, CT; sons, Rafael E. Rosado Ortiz of Lake Wales and Rafael A. Rosado Ortiz of Lawrenceville, GA; sisters, Antonia Ortiz, Luz Ortiz, Ginin Ortiz, Alicia Ortiz, Rosin Ortiz and Diana Ortiz; brothers, Jorge Ortiz, Eddie Ortiz and Nelson Ortiz; nine grandchildren, Ricardo J. Ortiz, Mariel C. Garcia, Alexis Rosado, Eduardo Rosado, Denzel Rosado, Hebe Rosado, Antonio R. Rosado, Laudymarie Rosado and Xiomarie Rosado; nine great-grandchildren, Amaya J. Vechinsky Rosado, Dayanara Rosado, Kariana Rosado, Dayanara Ortiz, Alexiana Rosado, Denzyl Rosado, Alexis Rosado, Eduardo Rosado Jr. and David Rosado.

Memorial services will be held at the Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI Church in Lake Wales.
