Maria Zamora Bustos

Maria Zamora Bustos, 88, of Frostproof, Florida passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 at her residence.

She was born on October 16, 1928 in Rosita Coahuila, Mexico to the late Epimino and Anita (Rosales) Zamora and she has been a resident of this area for 15 years moving here from Mexico. She was a Homemaker and of the Catholic Faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Bustos in 2010.

Survivors include her daughters, Paula Zamora (Jorge) of Frostproof, Mariana Meja of Ft. Meade, Francisca Jaramillo (Concepcion) of Frostproof, Alicia Zamora (Fernando Hernandez) of Frostproof sons, Pedro Bustos, of Frostproof, Valentin Bustos (Francis) of Homestead; many grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof. Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 noon at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park with Fr. Jose officiating. Interment will be held at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
