Margaret Mckenzie Smith

Margaret McKenzie Smith, 46 of Lake Wales passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Tampa due to heart failure.
She was born October 11, 1968 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee she has been a resident of the area for 42 years coming from Tennessee. She was a hair dresser and nail tech for Pandora’s Beauty Box, she liked yellow roses, fishing, and the mountains and loved her trolls. She was a member of Crystal Lake Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her sister Pamela Diane Branch and brother Jimmy Dwayne Kilburn.

Survivors include her husband of 19 years Rodney Smith of Lake Wales, FL. her parents Foy and Eva McKenzie of Lake Wales, FL daughter Karen Smith of Lake Wales, FL, sister Sue Perdue and Thomas Hiller of Lake Wales, FL, brother Timmy McKenzie of Lake Wales, FL, Markela Gonzalez of Lake Wales, FL, sister Betty Torquemada of Lake Wales, FL, brother Tony Kilburn of Lake Wales, FL, sister Crystal Kilburn of Lake Wales, FL, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 3:00PM Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at 2:00PM until service time with Pastor Denny Cothern officiating. Interment will be held at Lake Wales Cemetery.
