Margaret Forbes

MARGARET  V.  ‘BOOTS”  FORBES,  90 Margaret V. “Boots” Forbes of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Grace Healthcare. She was born August 3, 1926 in Homosassa to the late Karl and Olive Harman; and has been a longtime resident of Lake Wales. She was a homemaker and member of the West Side Baptist Church. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel R. Forbes. Survivors include her daughter, Valeria Ann Wood (Dennis) of Lakeland; son, Michael R. Forbes of Lake Wales; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
