Marcia L. White, 83

Marcia L. White of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born November 12, 1937 in Waterbury, Connecticut to the late James and Mildred Milne; she moved to Lake Wales from Winsted, Connecticut in 1998. Marcia was a retired operating room nurse and was of the protestant faith. She loved sewing, swimming, and talking to and visiting with her grandchildren.

Marcia was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. White in 2005. She is survived by her daughters, Jalyn White of Lake Wales, and Donna Wilbur and husband Ben of West Hartford, Connecticut; and her two grandchildren, Guy Saccoccia, and Kelley Wilbur.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
