Mable S. Trador

Mable S. Trador of Lake Wales passed away Friday, August 27, 2010 at the Dove Health Care.

She was born January 19, 1920 in Turkey Creek, Kentucky to the late James M. and Elizabeth (Francis) Slater; she came here in 1960 from South Williamson, Kentucky. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.

Mable was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Trador; son, Gary Trador; brothers, William and James Slater; sisters, Shirley Harker and Beatrice Reynolds. Survivors include her daughter, Sue Maggard (Jim) of Lake Wales; son, Lee Trador (Pauline)of St. Petersburg; brother, Kenneth Slater of Lubbock, TX; sisters, Mary Doss of Fife Lake, MI, Frances Burke of Sarasota and Betty Eubanks of Logan, WV; 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Charles Murray officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
