Luz D. Hernandez Ortiz of Lake Shore, Florida passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.
Luz was born March 15, 1948 in Puerto Rico to the Late Luis and Patricia Hernandez and has been a resident of the area for 5 years moving here from Orlando, Florida.
She was a homemaker, a very happy person and enjoyed life and cared greatly for her family, a very good mother and grandmother and of the catholic faith.
Survivors include her son, Carols Robles of Springfield, Mass; sisters, Carmen Hernandez, Angeles Hernandez; brother, Luis Hernandez; 4 grandchildren, Ysabel, Carlos, Alex and Kayla
