Lucrecia G. Ancaya

Lucrecia G. Ancaya of Lake Wales passed away Monday, May 2, 2011 at her residence.

She was born January 5, 1936 in Peru to the late Ernesto Coronel Hernandez and Victoria Elena Rodriguez Clark; she came here from Peru in 1981. She was a homemaker and a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She liked gardening, crocheting and knitting.

Survivors include her daughters, Lucrecia Ancaya of Georgia, Cristina Ancaya of Lake Wales, Elena Ancaya of Peru and Rosaluz Ancaya of Lake Wales; sons, Francisco Ancaya of Peru and Julio Ancaya of Lake Wales; sisters, Mercedes Coronel of Peru, Teresa Coronel of Peru and Lilly Ancaya of Peru; brother, Luis Coronel of Peru; and 6 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales with Father Anthony Bluett officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
