Louise E. Gingrich of Lake Wales, Florida went to see her Lord Monday, October 15, 2018 at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
She was born July 9, 1927 in Corning, New York to the late Hiram and Nettie (Netherton) VanBuskirk. She has been a resident of the area since April of 1998 coming from Greenville, New York. She was a piano instructor, played the piano for various nursing homes in the area and was a volunteer at the Lake Wales Care Center. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lake Wales.
She is survived by her daughters Kathryn “Kathy” Dole and husband Garry of North Collins, NY; Candice “Candy” Thompson and husband Scott of Fort Myers, FL; Lucinda “Cindy” Morrill and husband Alan of Albany, NY; sister Jane A. Thomas of Lake Alfred, FL; brother Warren T. VanBuskirk and wife June of Rochester, NY; 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 9:30am until service time at 11:00am Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Reynolds officiating. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake Wales Care Center at 140 East Park Avenue Lake Wales, Florida 33853.
