Lona Mildred Dunn of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Life Care Center of Winter Haven.
She was born May 24, 1909 in Grenada, Mississippi to the late Archie A. & Sally Elizabeth (Rounsaville) Allison; and she came to Florida in 1993 from Texas. She was a retired cosmetician and a member of Grace Church of the Nazarene in Jackson, MS.
Lona was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dunn and a son, Bill Tatum. Survivors include her granddaughter, Brook Tatum Weathersby of Lake Wales; great-granddaughter, Samantha Weathersby of Lake Wales; great-grandson, Simon Weathersby of Lake Wales; and many nieces and nephews.
No local services are scheduled, burial will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Grenada, MS.
