LAKE WALES--Lola Helm, 82, of Lake Wales died Sunday, March 04, 2007 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

Born June 12, 1924 in Walton County; she was retired from Hunt Brothers. She attended the Golfview Park Church of God and enjoyed sewing, crocheting and fishing.

Mrs. Helm was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer L. Helm in 2001. Survivors include her sons, Gary & Shirley Helm of Lake Wales; Wayne & Laura Helm of Lake Wales; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 06, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 07, 2007 at the funeral home with Rev. Denny Cothern officiating. Interment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to The Groves Center, Activity Fund, 512 South 11th Street, Lake Wales, Florida 33853.
