Linda Conner Ochoa of Lakeland passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Lakeland Hospice House.

She was born May 1, 1960, in Lake Wales to the late James and Kathy Conner. Linda was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of the area.

Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Conner Carlson, and baby brother, James Conner. She is survived by her companion of 40 years, Jaime Vazquez; sisters, Kitty Bundrick and husband Daryl, and Melodie “Dodie” Spradley and husband William; brothers, Jimmie Conner and wife Inez, James Conner, Jr. and wife Lisa, James “Boonie” Conner and wife Tasha, Jerry Conner and wife Judy, and Terry Conner and wife Nita. Linda took care of Nay Nay Faustino, Tony Garcia, Cali Dimas, Jasmine Hernandez, Jaime Reyes, and Leon, all of whom she considered her babies.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2022, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
