Linda Charline Emmett, 68

Linda Emmett of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

She was born January 26, 1952 in Frostproof, to the late Gary and Shirley Drawdy. She was a State Inspector for the Florida Department of Agriculture. To Linda, family was most important, and she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She would always make you smile and was loved by everyone around her.

Linda was proceeded in death by her daughter, Tammy Emmett Kennedy in 1995. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Donald Emmett; daughter, Donna Nobles (Alan, Jr.) of Lake Wales; sisters, Joan Drawdy Lewis (John David) of Lake Wales, and Patti Drawdy Bradley of Lake Wales; and three grandchildren, Brittany Kennedy Jameson (Hugh), Tyler Nobles, and Dillan Nobles.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lake Wales mausoleum.
