Leonard A. “Al” LeBlanc, Jr., 57

Leonard A. “Al” LeBlanc, Jr. of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born June 26, 1964 in Dorchester, Massachusetts; he moved to Lake Wales from Massachusetts four years ago. Al was a carpenter and a member of a pool league. He was a guitar player and a life long follower of "The Grateful Dead."

Al was preceded in death by his father, Leonard A. LeBlanc, Sr. He is survived by his life partner of 16 years and wife of 2 years, Cheryl McCormack; step-sons, Joshua Gammon, and Michael McCormack (Melissa) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Nathaniel Boring-Pinto, Jacob, and Kailyn McCormack; mother, and step-father, Nancy and Ronald Harman; sister, Cheryl Pyles of Nokomis; niece, Samantha Pyles; nephew, Mitch Pyles (Erika); father and mother-in-law, George and Barbara McCormack; brother-in-law, Michael McCormack (Kelly Martell) and their children, Cameron and Kyhlie; and several step-sisters, step-brothers, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
