Leo P. " Rudy" Rudinsky, 86

Leo P. " Rudy" Rudinsky of Auburndale passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Lifecare of Winter Haven.

He was born March 27, 1935 in Dover, New Jersey, to the late Leo and Jean Rudinsky; he moved to Auburndale from Washington, New Jersey in 1994. Leo was a retired off set photographer for the United States Government and was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Korean war. He was a member of the American Legion Post 8 in Winter Haven, loved dog racing, going to the grocery store, and going to Dunkin Donuts. Leo enjoyed golfing and missed it greatly as he was not able to play much in his later years.

Leo was preceded in death by his son, Rodney Rudinsky in 2014; and sister, Joan Ziegler. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Beverly Ann Rudinsky; daughters, Denise Galloway (Dan) of Bath, Pennsylvania, and Robin Hamblett (Eddie) of Auburndale; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren with one on the way.

A service will be held at Florida National Cemetery.
