Leo James Miller of Frostproof passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.

He was born August 27, 1950 in Windber, Pennsylvania; he moved to Frostproof from Pennsylvania in 1986. Leo was a welding instructor and a carpenter. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Leo enjoyed fishing and watching tv. He loved to travel and spend time with his grandchildren.

Leo was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Elaine Miller; and father, Leo Guy Miller. He is survived by his daughters, Janette Bassler and husband Richard of Central City, Pennsylvania, Heather Bonus and husband Paul of Stoystown, Pennsylvania, and Debra Spence and husband Tony of Frostproof; sons, Leo James Miller, Jr. and wife Sherri of Central City, Pennsylvania and James Kirk Miller and wife Cindy of Frostproof; mother, Janet Lear of Dundee; brothers, Ed Miller and wife Ann of Sebring, Barry Miller and wife Peggy of Central City, Pennsylvania, and Bryan Miller and wife Sue of Fisherstown, Pennsylvania; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
