Lela P. Johnson

Lela P. Johnson of Lake Wales, Florida, died on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at the Grove Center.

She was born on October 26, 1918 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late William and Mattie (Bullock) Barnett. She has been a resident of the area since September 2004 coming from Speedway, Indiana. She was a retired bank teller and was of the Church of Nazarene faith.

She is preceded in death by her first husband John Adams, second husband Charles Johnson and daughter Janet Adams.

Survivors include daughter Nancy A. George and husband Ray of Lake Wales, Fl., and nephew Larry D. Barnett.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until the funeral service at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffery Kantz officiating.
