Lee Smith of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born July 29, 1981 in Bartow; he grew up in Lake Wales, moved to Alabama and returned to Lake Wales 5 years ago. He enjoyed music and playing guitar.

Survivors include his wife, Sami Smith; daughters, Ginger Smith of Alabama, Reagan Smith and Marilyn Smith both of Lake Wales; sons, Jojo Smith of Alabama, Vincent Smith, Gage Smith and Skylar Smith all of Lake Wales; mother and step-father, Pat and Miguel Cruz of Lake Wales; father Gary Smith of Ray City, GA; brothers, Randall Smith of Georgia, Little Gary Smith of Alabama and Ethan Smith of Georgia; sisters, Debra Jean Smith of Alabama and Emily Smith of Georgia.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
