FROSTPROOF--L.D. Atchley, 55, of Frostproof died Friday, March 30, 2007 at the Lake Wales Hospital.
Born October 25, 1951 in Riverie, Tennessee he came to the area in 2001 from Porter, TX. He was a supervisor at Sprint.
L.D. Atchley was preceded in death by his daughter Lindsey Atchley; and father James Atchley. Survivors include his wife Carol Atchley; daughter Caris Atchley of Bonita Springs, FL., son David L. Atchley of Bonita Springs, FL; brothers James Atchley of Kalamazoo, MI, Henry Atchley of Hartford, MI, Billy Atchley of Lake Wales, FL; sisters Sandy Keller of Watervlier, MI, Suzie Saylor of Colmu, MI and mother Irene Atchley of Watervliet, MI.
Visitations will be held from 2:00-3:00 pm at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Frostproof, Sunday, April 1, 2007, with services beginning at 3:00pm Sunday, April 1, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Frostproof with Rev. Kelly Galati officiating.
