Laverne Moncrief of Frostproof, Florida passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at Savannah Court in Lake Wales, Florida.
She was born February 23, 1939 in Blakely, Georgia to the late Luther B. and Hattie M. (Houston) McKinnon. She was a Restaurant worker and of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband Howard Lester Moncrief, sisters Ruth Ann Harrison, Ruby Boyette, Margaret Newman, Ada Lee Clayborn, Agnes Boyette, Mildred Boyette, Christine Bennett, brothers John C. Harrison, Samuel Rufus Harrison.
She is survived by her sisters Bernice Williams of Lake Wales, FL, Lottie Marie Bennett of Arcadia, FL, Juanita Fugate of Lakeland, FL, Sandra Joyce Conner of Maplesville, AL, sister-in-law Avy Alexander of Indian Lake Estates, FL.
