Larry Jackson

Larry Jackson of Davenport passed away June 7, 2010 at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.

He was born January 18, 1956 in Lake Wales to the late Bill and Hilda (Milner) Jackson. He moved to Miami in 1982, where he worked as a land developer for Wawrzyniak Land Developing, and moved to Davenport three years ago from Kissimmee. He enjoyed fishing, and was an avid football fan.

Survivors include his wife, Teri Jackson; daughter, Valerie Marie Jackson of Davenport; sons, Kyle Jackson of Davenport, Devin Jackson of Davenport, Justin Jackson of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Betty Day of Manchester, MA, Ann Stockton of Winter Haven, Margaret Lassiter of Lake Wales; brothers, Billy Jackson of Lake Wales, Sonny Jackson of Lake Wales, Donald Jackson of Lake Wales, Ronald Jackson of Winter Haven; and two grandchildren, Brice and Devin.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales. For those who wish the family is accepting donations to defray medical and funeral expenses.
