Larry Boyce Howell, 73

Larry Boyce Howell of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

He was born July 14, 1947 in Lake Wales to the late Samuel and Ruth Howell and was a lifelong resident of Lake Wales. Larry was a retired Top Bin Operator for Alcoma and was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the Golfview Church of God, and enjoyed playing golf and fishing.

Larry is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gail Howell; daughters, Melissa Hickman and husband Chris of Enigma, Georgia, Sherry Loyce of Florida, and Susan Minerva of Missouri; sons, Larry E. Howell and wife Julie of Poinciana, Robert Howell and wife Danielle of Lake Wales, and Larry B. Howell, Jr. of Okeechobee; sisters, Minerva, Pheylene, Carmalita; brothers, Preston, and Donald; 20 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Golfview Church of God with Rev. Tony Faulkner officiating.
