Kenova Potter

Kenova Audrey Potter “Ken” of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Grace Health Care.

He was born October 17, 1919 in McRoberts, KY to the late William & Daisy Cole Potter; he came to Lake Wales in 2004 from Tennessee. He was retired from Bemburg, was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Elizabethton, TN and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.

Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Ada Gouge Potter; brother, Benjamin Potter, two half-brothers and one half-sister.
Survivors include his daughters, Carol Goulds of Lake Wales and Teresa Taylor of Dawsonville, GA; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled, burial will take place at Happy Valley Memorial Park in Carter County, TN.
