Kathleen P. Branch

Kathleen P. “Kathy” Branch, 65, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born November 3, 1943 in Colebrook, New Hampshire to the late Jesse & Josephine (Young) Phillips. She came here 44 years ago following her husband’s military service. She was an inspector for the USDA and of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed riding her bike, visiting with friends and neighbors, crocheting, collecting angel figurines & tea sets, gardening, working in her yard and fishing.

Kathy was preceded in death by her brothers, Ted, Ceiland & Shirley. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda & Mike Lang of Lake Wales; sons, Danny Branch of Lake Wales and Bill & Debbie Branch of Rochester, Indiana; sisters, Edith & Bob Pariseau of Colebrook, New Hampshire and Flora Kernan of Port Orange, Florida; 1 grandson, Christopher and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, February 2, 2009 at the Lake Wales Cemetery with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. Contributions can be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center, Thoracic Oncology Department, 12902 Magnolia Drive Tampa, FL 33612.
