Kariann Jean Orellana, 2 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Tuesday, October 6, 20125 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
She was born on April 2, 2013 in Logansport, Indiana to Adrian Gustava Orellana and Sandra Marie Barrett.
She was preceded in death by Michelle Menson, Steven Barrett and Lowell Lowe.
Survivors include her mother, Sandra Marie Barrett and Step Father, Daniel Hopkins; father, Adrian Gustava Orellana; sister, Lilah Barrett; brothers, Warren Hopkins, Dante Hopkins, Kameron Hopkins and her grandparents.
Visitation will be held 11:00 am until 12 noon on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
