Julian Manuel Corps-Torres of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

He was born May 16, 1989 in Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany; he moved to Lake Wales from North Carolina in 2004. Julian was a pest control technician for Terminex and was a member of Winter Haven Worship Center. He played football while in high school and enjoyed going to the gym and spending time with his family.

Julian is survived by his wife, Angi Stoops; mother, Ivy Torres of Puerto Rico; father, Rafael Corps of Tampa; sisters, Crystal Corps of Lakeland, Isabelle Corps of Tampa, and Shamil Castro of Tallahassee; brother, Rafael Corps-Torres; maternal grandmother, Gladys Huertas of Davenport; maternal grandfather, Angel Torres of New York City; paternal grandmother, Luz Cintron of Tampa; Titi Cinthia Medina of Davenport; and Titi Jennifer Castro; nieces and nephews, Iriah, Elijiah, Amayiah, Zhaviah, Nevari, Carlos, Jr., Eva Maria, Victoria; goddaughter, Amelia; and dogs, Sophi and Salli.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Jeff Connor officiating.
