Judith A. Moats "Cookie"

Judith A. Moats "Cookie" of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.

She was born October 31, 1944 in Fairmont, WV to the late Anthony and Lucy (Nester) Laratta; and came to Lake Wales from Winter Haven in 2008. She was homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Moats in 2003; sister, Lena Cloud; and granddaughter, Kasandra Moats. Survivors include her daughter, Alice Robinson of Lake Wales; son, Albert Moats of Haines City; sisters, Lucy Densteadt of Michigan, Susie Cottrill of Farmington, WV and Mary of Farmington, WV; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
