Juanita Mae Ogburn

Juanita “Nita” Ogburn, 93 of Frostproof, Florida passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born February 08, 1926 in Bledsoe County, Tennessee to the late Herbert and Minnie (Debord) Evans and she has been a resident of this area since 1959 moving here from Winter Haven, Florida. She was a Homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Frostproof. Juanita was very involved in church activities.

She was preceded in death by her husband, AJ Ogburn in 2004; infant son, Jimmy Ray Ogburn.
Survivors include her sons, Larry Ogburn (Judy) of Frostproof, Terry Ogburn of Frostproof; brothers, Donald Evans of Highland City, Milburn Evans of OH; sisters, Evelyn McCulley of TN; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Frostproof with Rev. Darrol Hood officiating. Interment will be held at the Silver Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 16 from 10:30 am until service time.
