Juanita Booker

JUANITA MAE BOOKER, 75 Juanita Mae Booker of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring. She was born October 9, 1940 in Athens, OH to the late William and Arvilla Tenney; and came here from Grove Port, OH in 1986. She was an office manager for Story Companies for over 17 years and of the Baptist faith. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Meredith J. Booker. Survivors include her sons, Scott Booker of Bartow, Steve Blevins of Grove Port, OH, David Blevins of Columbus, OH and Eddie Blevins of Lake Wales; brother, Lee Tenney of Columbus, OH; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Jim Boley officiating. Private burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
