FROSTPROOF-Joyce Lee Trawick, 92, of Frostproof died of heart failure Friday, August 31, 2007 at the Spring Lake Nursing Center in Winter Haven.

Born October 13, 1914 in Holmes County, FL; she came to Frostproof in 1953 from Bowling Green. She was a homemaker and a member of the Southside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Trawick was preceded in death by her son, David Cullifer in 2006 and her sister, Evelyn Boykin in 2004. Survivors include her husband, Norvel Trawick of Winter Haven; daughters, Dorothy Bates of Muscadine, AL; Dell Trawick of Pediano, AL; son, Homer Cullifer of Frostproof; brother, Leon Respress of Frostproof; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 05, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
