Joyce Flynn of Frostproof passed away Saturday, August 29, 2009 at her residence.
She was born January 21, 1945 in Talihina, Oklahoma and came here 15 years ago from Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed watching TV.
Survivors include her companion, Howard Odom; daughters, LaWanda Sockey of Long Beach, CA and Teresa Flynn of Long Beach, CA; son, John Henry Flynn of Lakewood, CA; brother, Bill Sockey; and several grandchildren.
