Jose Angel Rodriguez Navarro

Jose Angel Rodriguez Navarro, 70, of Lake Wales, passed away at his residence on Monday, March 20th.

Born April 6, 1952, to the late Leonardo and Josefina Rodriguez in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Jose moved to Lake Wales from Texas over 40 years ago.  He worked as a Crew Leader in the citrus industry for Center State Harvesting.

He was a hard worker who loved his family and friends.  He would do anything to help anyone who needed it.  He was a great handyman, was funny and very giving.  He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children; Crystal Rodriguez of Lake Wales, Chasity Nieves and her husband Elier of Lake Wales, Robert Rodriguez and Nicolas Gonzalez also of Lake Wales: sister Maria Rodriguez Navarro and her husband Urbano Elias of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and a brother Alberto Rodriguez Navarro of Babson Park, FL: and 13 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 29 ^th from 12:00 Pm until service time at 2:00 PM at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.  Pastor Rafael Morales will be officiating. Interment will take place at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens following the funeral.
