JOSE ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ, 70

Jose Antonio Rodriguez of Frostproof passed away Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Bartow Regional Medical Center.

Born April 10, 1938 in Puerto Rico and he came here as a teenager. He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his companion, Devina Lopez; children, Josephine “Fina” Castillo of Frostproof, Joe T. Rodriguez of Frostproof, Mary Deleon of Labelle, Freddy Rodriguez of Lake Wales and Margaret Hernandez of Palacios, TX; sister, Carmen Rodriguez of Puerto Rico; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 8:00 PM, Friday, November 7, 2008 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
