Jose Antonio Vazquez, 61, of Rhode Island, formerly Puerto Rico, Florida, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022, in Lake Wales, Florida. He was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico to the late Julio Vazquez Valentin and Paula Vazquez. He was a pastor for over 30 years and of the Christian Pentecostal Faith.

Survivors include his wife Ivette Vazquez, daughters Awilda Vazquez, Zenaida Gil Maldonado, Sarai Chung and Beatrice Santos-Medero. He had 7 grandchildren.

Final Goodbyes followed by burial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 5, 2022, at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Public visitation with prayer service will be held at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home Thursday, March 3, 2022, and Friday, March 4, 2022, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. 454 South Buck Moore Road Lake Wales, Florida 33853
