John Henry Moore, Jr.

John Henry Moore, age 69 of Frostproof Florida, passed away on February 3, 2026.

He was born March 19, 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia. John was preceded in death by his father John Henry Moore and his mother Lora, Harrell Jones. John spent the last 12 years of his life devoted and caring for his mother and special needs sister Stacey Jones. He loved being outdoors and horticulture. He learned the names of every tree, plant, flower and bird he viewed from his window.

John and his brother David shared a lifelong passion for antique cars. John is survived by his brother David L Moore, his wife Theodora and his sister Stacey Colleen Jones.

There will be a private service for family only, to celebrate his life.
