John Michael Knippen, 70

John Michael Knippen of Ohio passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at his residence in Frostproof.

He was born August 31, 1950 in Lima, Ohio to the late Sylvester and Florence Knippen; he and his wife have been winter residents of Florida for the past 10 years. John was a farmer and a Veteran of the National Guard. He loved to travel and wanted to see all that God created on this earth. He enjoyed white water rafting and loved his family dearly.

John was proceeded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Knippen. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna Knippen; daughter, Elizabeth Howard (David) of Lima, Ohio; son, Anthony Knippen (Melany) of Delphos, Ohio; brother, Carl Knippen (Janet) of Delphos, Ohio; and grandson, Casey Knippen.

Services will be held at a later date in Ohio.
