John David Johnson

John David Johnson of Frostproof passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at his residence.
He was born July 27, 1929 in Tennessee Ridge, TN to the late Chester and Rosa (McNeill) Johnson; and came to Frostproof from Indiana 3 ½ years ago. Johnson was a retired coal miner and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years and 7 months, Gwendolyn Johnson; daughter, Delitha Rose LaBate (Harold Wayne Sterling) of Indiana; son, Terry Dean Johnson (Angela Ruth) of Indiana; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
