John Gant Blanton of Lake Wales, Florida passed away on April 15, 2022.

He was born in Louisville, KY on May 9, 1934, to the late Jack and Elizabeth Blanton. He was affiliated with the “Quiet Birdmen” a fraternity of pilots. He enjoyed classic cars as a hobby.

John is survived by his wife of 18 years Norma Linn; his stepdaughter Lisa Sherman (Richard) of Charlotte, MI; stepson Douglas Linn (Kay) of Eagle, MI; and his sister Elizabeth Smith. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
