Jessie J. Waddle

Jessie J. Waddle of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Dove Health Care.

He was born July 22, 1931 in Cullman, AL to the late Carl & Rosie Waddle; and came here from Cullman, AL in 1950. He was a citrus grove care taker and a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a past master of the Masonic Lodge #242 and enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include his wife, Maudine L. Waddle; daughters, Patricia Gale Jones (Hugh) of Athens, AL and Donna E. Buck (Eddie) of Lake Wales; son, Roger D. Knight of Lexington, AL; brothers, Rev. William Waddle of Lake Wales and Larry Waddle of Lake Wales; sisters, Mary Frances Hall of Bartow and Jean Wilkes of Winter Haven; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Abused Children's Association or any charity of choice.
