Jessie Ray Curtis of Frostproof passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at his residence.

He was born August 29, 1941 in Shamrock, West Virginia to the late Rube and Ora Lovett Curtis. Jessie was a truck driver for Polk County. He lived a simple life and loved animals.

Jessie was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Willie Curtis. Survivors include his sister, Bessie Bragg of Jacksonville.
