Jessie T. “Junior” Bratcher of Winter Haven passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Tampa General Hospital.
He was born April 5, 1940 in McMinnville, TN to the late Jessie Truman & Martha Stella Bratcher; and he came here from Westland, MI in 1984. He was retired from General Motors and a member of the Full Gospel Fellowship Inc. in Wahneta. He was a Nascar fan and enjoyed old western movies.
Survivors include his wife, Oma F. Bratcher; daughters, Monnie Gibson (Rickie) of Marshall, TX and Jodie Morales (Steve) of Spokane, WA; sons, Mark Bratcher (Theresa) of Lakeland, John Thornsbury of Hillsdale, MI, Thomas Thornsbury (Vickie) of Asheboro, NC and Glenn Thornsbury of Winter Haven; sisters, Peggy Poppewell and Martha Valenson; brother, Kenneth Bratcher of McMinnville, TN; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the memorial service at 11:00 am Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Full Gospel Fellowship Inc., 112 8th Street West, Wahneta, FL 33880 with Rev. Larry Pippin and Evangelist Donnie Gorum officiating.
