Jerry Watts

Jerry Watts of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born December 11, 1961 in Clearwater and has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a citrus truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his family and grandchildren. He was a very passionate person for Christ, who touched the hearts and lives of many in the community.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Pamela Ann Watts; daughter, Bethany Watts Steverson (Daniel) of Lake Wales; sons, Brandon Watts (Crystal) of Frostproof, Matthew Watts (Tiffany) of Frostproof and Kelly Watts (Shannon) of Frostproof; parents, Wilburn and Catherine Watts of Holiday; sister, Kathleen Watts White of Odessa; brother, Sandy Watts (TeriLyn) of Fayetteville, GA; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until the funeral service at 2:00 pm Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Dr. Scott Markley officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery
