Jeane Lane

Jeane Lane of Lake Wales passed away Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Winter Haven Health & Rehab Center.

She was born August 8, 1912 in Pipestone, MN to the late Charles & Nellie Hotchkiss; and she came here from Mound, MN in 1951. She was the co-owner of Lane TV & Appliance and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Lake Wales Women’s Club, a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star #107 and served as a Grand Martha of the Order of the East Star for the State of Florida.

Jeane was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Lane. Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Roddenberry and husband, Rod of Clermont; son, Chuck Harriman and wife, Roberta of Lake Wales; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
