Jean Barbara Carbone, 86

Jean Barbara Carbone of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

She was born October 17, 1934 in Charleston, South Carolina, to the late Hans and Emily Stutts. Jean was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved to read and loved her children and grandchildren dearly.

Jean was preceded in death by her son, John Carbone. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Noah Carbone; daughter, Lori Maura and husband Frank of Winter Haven; sons, Michael Carbone and wife Eva of Lake Wales, and Larry Carbone of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; brother, Ted Stutts of Budd Lake, New Jersey; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service is scheduled.
