Janie B. Brackin of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

She was born January 27, 1935 in Lake Wales to the late Mike and Janie Breen. Janie was a retired CNA from Advent Health Lake Wales and was a member of Golfview Baptist Church. She enjoyed taking care of her cats, connecting with everyone on facebook, antiquing, and sending birthday and anniversary cards to her friends and family.

Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Brackin in 2019. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Wilkinson of Lake Wales; son, Brad Brackin of Lake Wales; and brother, George Breen of Lake Wales.

A private family burial is scheduled.
