Janet S. Mauldin, 70

Janet Mauldin of Frostproof, Florida passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce.
She was born June 27, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Glenn and Edith T. (Hopkins) Bretch. She has been a resident for many years before moving to Okeechobee. She was a Homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda Lee Blackwelder, son John Warren Blackwelder, several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter Cheryl “Spanky” Pitts and husband Daniel “Peanut” of Okeechobee, FL, son Kenneth Mauldin and wife Tonya of Okeechobee, FL, sisters Banie Hutto and husband Bill of Frostproof, FL, Patty Hutto and husband Irv Sears of Lake Wales, FL, brother Wayne Bretch and wife Shirley of Frostproof, FL, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held 10:30AM Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Silver Hill Cemetery.
