James "Jim" Way

James S. “Jim” Way, 75
Jim Way of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Lake Wales Medical Center.
He was born May 29, 1942 in Akron, Ohio to the late Thomas and Ruth (Savage) Way. He has been a resident of the area since 2004 coming from Vero Beach, Florida. He was a Minister and founder of Renewed Life Ministries which later became Capernaum Ministries.
Jim was a veteran in the United States Army, he was passionate about golf and played 27 holes the day he became ill.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years Sherry S. Way, son Craig Way and wife Stephanie of Kill Devil Hills, NC, and 3 grandchildren Ivy, June and Joshua.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Capernaum Lakeside Lodge at 3111 Masterpiece Rd. Lake Wales, Florida with Kevin Respress officiating.
