FROSTPROOF--James Terry “T.J” Jefferies, 51, of Frostproof died of a stroke Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at Winter Haven Hospital.

Born July 15, 1955 in Tuscumbia, AL; he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a welder for Florida’s Natural.

Survivors include his wife, Carrie Mae Jefferies of Frostproof; sons, Shannon Peacock of Babson Park; Steven Kelly of Babson Park; Anthony Kelly of Winter Haven; step-daughter, Cindy VanFossen of Frostproof; brothers, Robbie Jefferies of Lake City; Ronnie Jefferies of Milwaukee, WI; sisters, Renee Lang of Lake Wales; Regina Struthers of Lake Wales; and 6 grandchildren.
